Applicants must be a resident of Oklahoma and a renter. Applicants must also have a photo ID or two forms of identification. We can also help undocumented residents. A member of the renting household must meet the following criteria:

1. Qualifies for unemployment or has experienced a reduction in household income, or has experienced a financial hardship (directly or indirectly) due to COVID-19;
2. Demonstrates a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability; and
3. Has a household income at or below 80% of the area median income.
