How long does it take to receive payment?

Payments can take up to 30 days after the applicant has been approved and the Emergency Rental Assistance Agreement (ERAA) has been signed. Applicants can check the status of their application by logging into their application portal. If the landlord and tenant accounts are linked, landlords can check the status by logging into the landlord portal.
