How does CCP prioritize applications?

CCP works to prioritize applicants based on income, length of unemployment, eviction status, and when applications are submitted.

Prioritized assistance is available for renters who:

Have income less than 50% of the area median income
Have had one or more members of the household unemployed for at least 90 days

CCP also prioritizes tenants on upcoming eviction dockets (with sufficient notice). Applicants in a domestic violence situation will be prioritized similar to applicants facing immediate eviction. Click here to view the full policy.
